選択ボックスを押下し、会社名を入力してください。一部入力いただくと、候補の会社名が表示されますので選択してください。会社名の候補が表示されない場合は、「その他」を選択し、表示されるテキストボックスにご自身の会社名を正式名称で入力してください。

つくばフォーラムに事前登録して来場予定でしたが、行けなくなってしまいました。

参加キャンセルについて、手続きは特に必要ありませんのでご安心ください。
また、事前登録時の来場予定日と実際の来場予定日に違いがある場合も、特に手続きの必要はございません。
お持ちのQRコードは両日使用可能ですので、そのままお持ちくださいますようお願いいたします。

Please rest assured that no special procedures are required if you wish to cancel your participation.
Also, if there is a difference between your planned attendance date (as indicated during pre-registration) and your actual planned attendance date, no special procedures are required.
Your QR code is valid for both days, so please bring it with you.

「ご本人の来場登録」から事前登録完了後に、招待者を登録しようと思ったのですが方法がわかりません。
どうやって招待したい人を追加すれば良いでしょうか。

すでに「ご本人の来場登録」より事前登録がお済みで、かつ招待者情報を追加したい場合は、
お手数ではございますが、つくばフォーラム2026事務局（tforum2026-info@ntt.com）までご連絡をお願いいたします。
また、「お客様を招待したい」よりご登録がお済みのお客様については、マイページにて招待者情報を追加いただけます。

If you have already pre-registered via "Register Your Own Attendance" and wish to add invitee information, please contact the Tsukuba Forum 2026 Secretariat (tforum2026-info@ntt.com).
Alternatively, if you have already registered via "I Want to Invite a Guest," you can add invitee information on your My Page.

事前登録を行う画面に遷移したと思ったら、マイページが表示された。
何度やっても同じ事象が起きるが、解消するにはどうしたらよいのか。

I thought I was being redirected to the pre-registration screen, but instead, my personal page appeared. This happens every time I try. How can I resolve this?

すでにマイページにログインしたことがある状態で、ログアウトをしていないまま「ご本人の来場登録」など、事前登録を行うためのフォームにアクセスされますと、未ログアウトとしてマイページに遷移いたします。
マイページの画面右上にございます、「ログアウト」ボタンよりログアウトしていただきますと、以降は事前登録のフォームへアクセスが可能でございます。
お手数ではございますが、上記の事象が発生した場合は一度「ログアウト」をお試しいただきますよう、お願いいたします。

If you are already logged into your My Page and attempt to access pre-registration forms, such as "Register Your Visit," without logging out, you will be redirected to your My Page as if you were not logged out.

Please log out using the "Logout" button in the upper right corner of your My Page screen. After that, you will be able to access the pre-registration forms.

事前登録時、各種情報を入力後「入力内容を確認」ボタンを押したら、
メールアドレスに対して｢既に登録済みです｡｣とエラーメッセージが表示され、登録することができない。

When I pre-registered and entered all the required information, I pressed the 'Confirm Input Details' button, but an error message appeared saying 'This email address is already registered,' and I was unable to register.
