Please click on "Pre-registration" for Tsukuba Forum 2026.

STEP2

登録方法の選択画面で『ご本人の来場登録』を選択して、『次へ』を押下してください。
なお、本フォームでの登録完了後に他のお客様を招待される場合は、事務局へのご連絡が必要となります。
そのため、あらかじめ招待をご希望のお客様がいらっしゃる場合は、次項の「お客様を招待する場合」を参照してご登録ください。

On the registration option selection screen, select "Visitor registration" and click "Next."
Please note that if you wish to invite other customers after completing registration through this form, you will need to contact the secretariat.
Therefore, if you wish to invite other customers in advance, please refer to the next section, "Inviting Other Customers," and register accordingly.

STEP3

「必須」と記載のある項目を入力してください。
秘書など代理の方がご登録される場合は、代理人情報をあわせてご登録ください。
また所属が「その他」の方は、本イベントをご案内した紹介者情報をあわせてご登録ください。

Please fill in the required fields marked "*".
If a secretary or other representative is registering on your behalf, please also register their information.
If your affiliation is listed as "Other," please also register the information of the person who introduced you to this event.

STEP4

アンケートとしてご興味のある業務分野と施策等期待効果をお選びください。
アンケートの入力は必須ではございませんが、ご入力いただきましたら、お客様のご関心にあわせたおすすめ展示を後日ご案内いたします。

プライバシーポリシー/個人情報の取り扱いについて　を最後までお読みいただき、同意ボタンへチェックください。

Please read the Privacy Policy/Handling of Personal Information to the end and check the Agree button.

STEP6

「入力内容を確認」のボタンを押下してください。

STEP7

登録内容の確認画面にて内容を確認し、「上記の内容で登録する」を押下してください。

Verify your registration details on the confirmation screen and click "Register with the above details."

STEP8

事前登録完了画面が表示されたことをご確認ください。事前登録完了メールをお送りしますのであわせてご確認ください。
（登録内容の確認に数営業日のお時間をいただく場合がございます。）

Confirm that the pre-registration completion screen is displayed and check your confirmation email.
（Please note that ir may take several business days to process.）

登録方法の選択画面で『お客さまを招待したい』を選択して、『次へ』を押下してください。

On the registration option selection screen, select "Customer invitation" and click "Next."

STEP3

「必須」と記載のある項目を入力してください。
アンケートの入力は必須ではございませんが、ご入力いただけましたら、お客様のご関心にあわせたおすすめ展示を後日ご案内いたします。
複数のお客様をご招待する場合、「紹介者情報を追加」ボタンを押下し、入力フォームを追加ください。
本登録フォームでは、招待者情報を10名まで登録できます。ご登録が完了いたしますと、マイページより11人目以降の招待者情報を登録可能となります。

If you wish to invite multiple guests, please click the "Add Referrer Information" button to add additional input forms.
This registration form allows you to register information for up to 10 invitees. Once registration is complete, you will be able to register information for 11 or more invitees from your My Page.
