つくばフォーラム2026における
お客様個人情報のお取り扱いにつきまして
1. お客様個人情報の取得・利用について
(ア) お客様からお名刺や電子メール、システム入力等でご提供いただいた個人情報や、会場内での撮影・録画、アンケート記載内容等(以下、「取得データ」という)は、個人情報保護法及び関連法令等を遵守するとともに、予め通知又は公表させていただいた目的の達成のために必要な範囲内で利用いたします。
取得する個人情報は下記の通りです。
取得データの保持期間は、最大で3年間を予定しております。保持期間終了後は、直ちに取得データを破棄いたします。また、取得データを提供いただいた後に撤回し、削除を希望される場合は、その旨をつくばフォーラム2026事務局にお申し出ください。

(イ) お客様から個人情報をご提供いただく場合は、その利用目的を明らかにし、お客様の同意を得た上で取得させていただきます。また、目的の範囲を超えて利用する必要が生じた場合は、その旨お客様にご連絡(通知)し、かつお客様より同意をいただきます。
2. お客様個人情報の利用目的について
弊社では、お客様個人情報を次の目的の範囲内にて利用させていただきます。
NTT株式会社主催のつくばフォーラム2026の開催・参加方法、
および次回のつくばフォーラムについてご案内するため
つくばフォーラム2026の参加時のご本人確認のため
お客様からのお問い合わせにメール等で返信するため
各種セミナー講演者に対して当日の参加状況、アンケートの回答内容を報告するため
今後開催されるつくばフォーラムの内容、イベント運営方法、サービスの改善のため
つくばフォーラム2026アンケート回答者の一部に記念品を送付するため
NTT株式会社における今後の研究開発、広報活動、対外活動(学会発表など)に利用するため
AS研ニュースメールを配信希望者に送信するため
3. お客様個人情報の第三者への提供について
(ア) 弊社では、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。ただし、上記目的のために必要な範囲において、お客様個人情報の取り扱いを外部に委託する場合があります。
(イ) お客様個人情報の取り扱いを外部(委託先、共同研究先等)へ依頼する場合は、守秘義務契約やNDA等の締結により外部においても適正に取り扱われるよう管理、監督します。
(ウ) 取得したアンケート内容を分析し、その分析結果を対外活動(論文投稿、学会発表など)に利用する可能性があります。その際は、統計データに加工した上で、提供・公開いたします。
4. 著作権について
取得データに関わる著作権(著作権法第27条および第28条の権利を含む)はすべて弊社に譲渡するものとし、弊社はこれに係る著作権を自由に行使できるものとします。また、当該著作物に係る著作者人格権,ならびに肖像権をNTTおよび第三者に対して一切、行使しないようにお願いいたします。
FAIR PROCESSING NOTICE
for visitors to Tsukuba Forum 2026

1.INTRODUCTION
This fair processing notice ("Notice") sets out how NTT, Inc. ("we", "us" and "our") will process as a data controller the personal data of visitors to the Tsukuba Forum ("Event") and the measures and processes we have put in place to ensure its adequate protection.
This notice does not form any contractual relationship between you and us, and we may amend it from time to time.
1.LAWFUL PROCESSING
We will only process your personal data:
(a)where you have given your consent (you may withdraw your consent at any time, by making a request using the contact details set out below);
(b)where the processing is necessary to respond to a request from you/your employer;
(c)where the processing is necessary to manage our business and operations;
(d)where the processing is necessary for compliance with our legal and requlatory obligations.
2.WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
2.1We process the following types of personal data about you:
(a)Your name, email address and other contact details;
(b)Your country of residence, role, position and/or job title and employer;
(c)Details of your preferences for types of marketing events or materials;
(d)Your purposes to visit the Event, date of visit and the sessions, exhibitions and seminars you are participated in;
(e)Details of your access to our premises and systems;
(f)Any contribution, such as your statements or questions, you made to the sessions, exhibitions and seminars you participate in;
(g)Details of people who invited you to the Event; and
(h)Your messages, feedback or contributions to surveys and questionnaires.
2.2It may be mandatory for you to provide us with your personal data to enable us to manage our business and operations, to provide information about our products, services, events or technologies to you/your employer, or to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. If you fail to provide your personal data when requested, we may not be able to provide information to you/your employer or to invite you to our events.
2.3We make every effort to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal data which we store and to ensure all of your personal data is up to date. However, you can assist us with this considerably by promptly contacting us if there are any changes to your personal data or if you become aware that we have inaccurate personal data relating to you. We will not be responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, inauthentic, deficient or incomplete personal data that you provide to us.
3.HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA.
3.1We collect your personal data from the information in the online registration site you/your employer submits.
3.2We may record seminars you participate in and any contribution you make to it.
4.HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA.
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
(a)to manage the security of and access to the Event;
(b)to arrange for your attendance at the Event;
(c)to verify your identification at the Event;
(d)to respond to your messages or posts to us;
(e)to provide you with event invitations to the Event and other events;
(f)to collect statistics about the number of participants to the Event;
(g)to send email newsletters (e.g. latest research results and other information related to NTT Access Network Service Systems Laboratories) to those who wish to receive them;
(h)to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and requests anywhere in the world, including reporting to and/or being audited by national and international regulatory bodies;
(i)to comply with court orders and exercise and/or defend our legal rights;
(j)for any other legitimate business purpose; and
(k)as otherwise permitted or required by any applicable law or regulation.
5.INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be stored and processed in Japan.
6.WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not and will not sell, rent out or trade your personal data. We will only disclose your personal data to the following recipients:
(a)to companies approved or designated by you (such as the company inviting you);
(b)to speakers of the Event
(c)to service providers who process your personal data on our behalf for the Event (such as our system provider and administrator for the Event);
(d)to any third party to whom we assign or novate any of our rights or obligations;
(e)to any prospective buyer in the event we sell any part of our business or assets; and
(f)to any government, regulatory agency, enforcement or exchange body or court where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulation or at their request.
7.HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We are committed to safeguarding and protecting your personal data and will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to protect your personal data from accidental or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access.
8.YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
8.1Under certain circumstances provided under applicable law, you may have the following rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

8.2You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination in the form of legally prohibited increases in the price or decreases in the quality of our goods or services.
8.3If you wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us using the contact details provided below. We may request that you prove your identity in order for us to comply with our security obligations and to prevent unauthorized disclosure of data. You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights in accordance with applicable law. In order to designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights, we may request you to provide a valid power of attorney.
9.HOW LONG WE WILL HOLD YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR
We will only retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements.
10.CHANGES TO THIS FAIR PROCESSING NOTICE
We may change or update parts of this Notice in order to maintain our compliance with applicable law and regulation or following an update to our internal practices.
